This is the first project of na. in Krakow. The space before renovation needed an inspiring and flexible space that could be created economically and made available again after finishing work. The key was to efficiently supervise the works, the scope of which differed from the assumed schedule.
Changing the physical space of an employee appears to increase productivity compared to another change introduced by the company.
The result is a work environment that promotes internal collaboration. EY's refurbished office provides employees with all kinds of spaces they need to increase productivity, attract and retain the best talent, and continue to build a strong corporate culture.
